These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the siberian-apps.de website and the Android app "Thread Reference" (id com.kota.handbooklocksmith, the "app"), developed by Siberian Apps. By using the website or the app, you agree to these Terms.
The service
The website is a reference/promotional resource with thread calculators. The app is an offline reference tool and calculator for thread, drill, and rod-diameter sizing. The app is free, requires no registration, and shows ads through Google AdMob.
License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the website and app for personal or professional reference purposes. You may not copy, decompile, redistribute, or resell the app separately from official app stores.
Accuracy of data
Thread, diameter, pitch, and tolerance tables are reference data. Verify against current standards (ISO, ASME, DIN, etc.) and tool documentation before production operations. We are not liable for damage arising from using reference data without independent verification.
Ads and third-party services
The app shows ads through Google AdMob and its ad-network partners; the website links to Google Play and uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for analytics. Following an ad or a link to Google Play takes you outside our service and subjects you to the relevant third party's terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website or app for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt the website or app;
- generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks.
Intellectual property
All rights to the website, the app, its design, text, and tables belong to Siberian Apps or are used under license. These Terms transfer no intellectual property rights to you beyond the license above.
No warranty
The website and app are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siberian Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or app.
Changes
We may update the website, the app, and these Terms. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app or closing the website.
